Most clients are present for the initial cleaning to provide guidelines for our maids; but certainly you do not have to be there. Our maids are highly professional and trustworthy; you can feel safe with us. You can leave the house after letting the maids in and giving them directions or you can even send your keys to us.  For security, only the maids who will clean your house will have access to the keys. If you prefer not to leave your keys, special accommodations can be made. 

How do I pay for Cleanex Services Inc.?

We accept cash, checks and credit cards. You can either make the payment over the phone or deliver the check or cash directly to the maids. Checks are made payable to “Cleanex Service Inc.” We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

There is no fee if you decide to cancel or reschedule up to three days before your appointment. Our friendly staff will call you prior to the appointment and remind you of the service so that you do not forget.  After this period, $20 charge applies.

Do the maids come with their own supplies and do I need to provide equipment?

We supply basic equipment such as mops, wipes, cleaning solutions and vacuum cleaners. If you still need additional items, you can either buy them or pay an extra charge so that we can bring them for you.

I have pets. Is that OK?

Our maids are not required to clean up after pets. For health safety issues, we suggest that you lock your pets. It is up to the maids’ discretion to allow them in the room.
