Stain removal and fridge cleaning

Fridge cleaning should be carried out quite frequently, as it works around the clock and we keep there food products. If we neglect it, and allow our fridge get dirty, we may end up in hospital suffering form food poisoning (optimistic scenario) and we won’t be happy with the smell coming out from our fridge. If we lack time, or don’t believe our skills in this field, we can always hire maids or professionals from cleaning service companies. The process is relatively easy tough, so we can treat them only as a last resort. What is the work plan then?

Firstly we need to find some space (cellar, balcony – if it’s cold enough outside, or arrange some other fridge to serve as a temporary food container) to place the food we took out from the fridge (well, we can always eat everything up). Secondly, we should turn the fridge off and leave it for around 24 hours to defrost (we need to remember about placing some towels under the fridge, so we won’t get flooded by water coming out). Next we need to disassemble all the removable parts and wash them thoroughly (some commercial cleaning products are absolutely enough). Using the same cleaners, we deal with the fridge interior. When we finish, we reassemble the parts, turn the fridge on and leave it for an hour or to before we bring back the food.
